Carrie Underwood, Leann Rimes, Rascal Flats or anybody that has done well on the pop & country charts would have been cool. Danity Kane pretty much showed everybody what country shouldn't be... haha I think the only reason NBC had a pop night is to get more viewers... which is kind of sad, but I guess that's what TV is all about. I agree that Gabe is awesome!! I have heard him and some of the other contestants acoustically and he really is even better in person. Same goes for Ashlee Hewitt... I think they will end up being the top two!! They are both very real and seem to have the whole package. I would like to mention that the contestants only get to pick from two songs each week. So I hope people don't judge them by the song choice. Same goes for their wardrobe.
